Echo Case: Nonbacterial Thrombotic Endocarditis
HPI: 46-year-old female referred from outside facility for evaluation of acute amnesia and altered mental status started this morning. She didn't recall any events that happened in the recent past including the death of her close friend. She also complained about headaches.
