Dr. Dali Fan graduated from Peking University Medical Science Center (also known as Beijing Medical University) in 1989. He received his Ph.D. in the department of neuroscience at Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Bronx, NY) in 1996 and started his clinical training in Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY the same year. He became board certified in both internal medicine (1999) and cardiovascular disease (2002). He continued on with two other subspecialty fellowships in echocardiography (Massachusetts General Hospital 2002-2004) and one year in electrophysiology (Beth Israel Medical Center in New York 2009-2010).
Dr. Dali Fan was a staff cardiologist in St. Francis Hospital in New York (2004-2007) and the director of echocardiography laboratory in North Shore University Hospital, Hofstra University School of Medicine, in New York (2007-2009).
Dr. Dali Fan joined UC Davis Medical Center in 2010 and is currently a health science professor at the University of California, Davis Medical center. His clinical specialty is clinical cardiology, echocardiography and electrophysiology. His research interest is application of 3D TEE in electrophysiology, 3D TEE of the right atrium and electro-mechanical coupling of the atria.
